Be the home
AI
names.

A family sits down at eleven at night and asks an assistant which home to look at. It answers from your CQC record, your carehome.co.uk listing, your Google profile and your website, and names two or three homes. Foremost Care Search gives it every reason to name yours.

I'll ask ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity for care homes in your area and send back what they actually said about you. Prefer to talk first? Book a call.

The assistant doesn't rank homes. It names the two or three it can describe without doubt, from the CQC page, the directory score and the Google listing. When those disagree, it names the home down the road instead.

How to read these numbers

One question, "which care home near [area] should I look at for my mum?", asked in 18 Essex areas on 31 October 2026 with no account signed in, so nothing was personalised. Fee average from carehome.co.uk. A home being named is a fact, not a judgement on its care. Tracked daily; the full list is on the AI visibility page.

31 October 2026. Named homes are a fact, not a judgement on their care. None of this shows in Google Analytics: there is no click, just a family who heard your name or didn't.

Who you'll deal with

Hello, I'm Clare.
I run the check before we speak.

I run the check on your home before any call, and open with the actual answers. Then I tell you honestly whether I can improve them.

Foremost Care Search is mine, run from Leigh-on-Sea. I read every care home's answers myself, every month. Nothing is published on your behalf until your registered manager has approved it.

Some lines that won't be crossed

Three things you can hold me to.

No promises about ratings or inspections

Visibility is the work. CQC is the regulator, and nothing published touches your rating.

No fake or filtered reviews

Every family can leave a review. Real reviews, real replies, within a working day.

Nothing your registered manager hasn't approved

Every page, post and listing change is signed off by you before it goes live.

Questions care home managers ask

Straight answers.

What exactly do I get from the free check?

One page, within one working day: what the AI assistants said about care homes in your area, whether your home was named, who was named instead, and one thing to fix this week.

Do you put my home's name in the questions?

No. They're a family's questions, so no home is named in them. The point is to see who gets named unprompted.

How do you know it is working?

The same fifty questions are asked again every month and the answers compared with the month before. What is controlled is whether your record is consistent, whether your pages answer the family's question, and whether the result is measured every month.

Our CQC rating is Good. Isn't that enough?

A Good rating gets you considered. A record that agrees with itself and a page that answers the family's question gets you named.

Will you change our website or listings without asking?

No. Every change is approved by you or your registered manager first. You add Clare to your Google account yourself and remove her whenever you like. No passwords change hands.

Are you linked to the CQC?

No. Foremost Care Search has no affiliation with the CQC and no influence over ratings.
